A bit of time to refresh the sole.

Now, you realized that you've had the time off, you just have to get motivated. Other people rarely motivate someone. Motivation comes from within. If you are still down, read some good stories on elk hunting, or any backcountry type hunt, and get the goal back not only in sight, but on the fore front of your mind. Then you motivate yourself with a clearly defined target!

As for working out with you, I would love to, but that 16 hours of plane flights each day would require me to take a break! :)Bill Howardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07332481397303536599noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-646025171886008830.post-67849358645343857772012-05-21T15:24:00.451-07:002012-05-21T15:24:00.451-07:00@Mark - Thanks for the good words. Feels good and I still plan on hitting the weights tonight at the gym.

@Daniel - I pray things start to look up for you. I hope your wife and father of recovering quickly. The blogging will come when the time is right. Honestly, taking things too seriously and refusing to take a break is a recipe for disaster; at least for me it is anyway.

When I have one of those weeks I listen to my body, and my mind, and I take a break. If I find that I am starting to get stuck in a "funk" then I change things up.

Run a new route. Workout at a new time. Try a new activity. Something new will usually get the motor running again!

Keep hammering!SoleAdventure.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06054879461273739674noreply@blogger.com
